The PCA of the spectra of samples dosed with compound B are very different from the PCA of compound B. Very strong effects can be observed for dosed samples. For the high-dosed samples a two-step mechanisme can be observed. For the low-dosed samples a single-step trajectory can be observed. It is obvious that both trajectories have the same endpoint wherby the low-dosed animals reach the endpoint later, which is often observed for metabolic effects. Thus, dosing with compound B results in very strong metabolic responses, whereby the metabolites responsible for these strong changes of the metabolome are listed on the next page.
PCA scores plot of control animals and pre-dosed samples, low-dosed samples and high-dosed samples. Very strong effects of dosing can be seen.
